I have the right to refuse requests if it does not meet the TOS or if I don't think I'm suited for your request. By requesting my services, you accept the terms and conditions below.I will contact you to let you know if I am accepting or wait listing your request.Please make sure you think my style is what you're looking for in your request.I will send you a rough sketch in email, which you can reply with changes / updates. (I will allow up to 3 minor updates before charging a fee. Changes made due to missing references and / or 25% of the sketch is changed will be charged an additional fee based on current prices) Afterwards l will move on to the next phase of the work and send a final draft.All work in progress will be sent with a watermark.Upon completion you will be emailed two versions of the finished work, one with and one without watermark. When posting the work on social media and public platforms you agree to post only the watermarked version (This is for your safety.)Do not re-distribute finished pieces for commercial use unless previously agreed upon between artist & client. (Fees will be discussed.)Clients are NOT to use my art for non fungible tokens or cryptocurrencies. Use of my work for any profits or association with nfts or cryptocurrencies are strictly prohibited.Client will receive HD pngs via email.Watermark/signature applies to all illustrations with possible exception of pngtubers.WILL NOT DRAW: NSFW, hateful art/abuse, gore, vore.COMPLETION TIMEDepending on complexity it may take longer to complete the art. (Art considered under "Will Try to Draw" may take longer since it is still new to me.)If you have a deadline, please let me know and discuss it before the initial assessment.I will be upfront and communicate if there are any delays or issues.A rush fee will be applied if your deadline is too short.PAYMENTPayments will be taken upfront via Paypal/Ko-fi. Partial/Incremental payments can be discussed if necessary.I do not accept e-transfers, cryptocurrency, money orders, money grams, cheques, credits, etc.Refunds will only be issued for work not started. All sales are final once the roughs/design phase has begun. If a client wishes to discontinue work in rough stages, a partial refund (50%) of original price will be issued.Advertised prices are estimates and may be higher depending on complexity/content. Final prices will be adjusted before purchase.
